Payments for Your Order

1. Payment Methods available for your order

We only accept Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) when you’re using any payment services related to iPay88 payment gateway.
If you’re viewing our website in a different currency, it will be automatically converted to Malaysian Ringgit prior to payment using iPay88 payment gateway.
*Currecy Exchange Rates will differ according to latest market rates.

We provide six types of payment methods for our Buyer’s convenience as listed below :
1. International Bank Transfer – we accept any currency worldwide

2. Direct Online Banking (up to 17 banks) – thru iPay88 FPX payment gateway

3. Debit Card – thru iPay88 payment gateway

4. Credit Card – thru iPay88 payment gateway

5. Easy Payment Plan – thru iPay88 payment gateway

6. Digital Payment Services – thru iPay88 payment gateway

Refunds on Your Order

1. Application for Returns/Refunds

Our company do not provide any buyer change-of-mind or refunds once an order had been placed thru our website at www.dunhuanggate.com.

However upon Buyer’s request, we would like to to assist Buyers in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Buyers may communicate with our company privately to resolve any changes or modifications for their order after the order had been placed. Buyer will have to pay for any additional design/extra materials/difference in width, height or thickness of the Item(s).

Any excess amount paid upfront by the Buyer in the event where Buyer decide to change / decrease work costs will not be refundable, but exchanged with another Item of equal value, as agreed between our company and the Buyer.

We would compensate or exchange an item with another item of equal value, as agreed by Buyer, however this is only possible before our manufacturing factory start producing the mould for Buyer’s order.

2. Application for the Return of an Item

Buyer may only apply for an exchange or repair of the Item in the following circumstances:

  • The Item is not possible to be moulded due to complex design artwork/design provided by the Buyer ;
  • The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
  • Item delivered that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
  • The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Item;
  • The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
  • The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);

Buyer’s application must be submitted via thru the Contact Us page in our website at www.dunhuanggate.com

Our company will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

3. Liability of Return Shipping Fee

i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the buyer), our company will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
iii) In the scenario where the Buyer requests additional items (not included in original order), the Buyer will have to bear the shipping/import taxes (if any) at full expense.

4. Communication Between Our Company and Buyer

We encourage Buyers to communicate with our company’s representatives in the event where problem arises in a transaction or during moulding/delivery/installation process.
