  • 2. Submit a Request Quote or directly Place Order

    let us know your location and item you are interested. click here
    * we may charge a retainer/booking/consultation fee for before processing the survey at your designated location
    * please see our Request Quote page for more information

    if you choose our online price quote of your desired item(s)
    * you can approximately type in the required width/height/quantity and the estimated price will be shown at the bottom of the page
    * you can choose an appointment date, so we can arrange our sales & technical team to your location for accurate measurement, site inspection, preparation of design mock-up and sales/purchase agreement for your confirmation
    * you need to pay for minimum 20% deposit thru our bank transfer or online payment gateway for us to confirm your order

  • 3. Site Survey / Price Quote / Order Confirmation

    we will arrange our sales representatives to call you within 3 days after you submit the Request Quote form, or we will adhere to your appointment date that you chosen when you order our items online. Site survey will be done at your desired location and we will provide the mockup samples, accurate price quote and sales/purchase agreement for your acceptance.
    * all transportation/accomodation are not included and customer need to handle these costs prior to quote / site survey
    * customer can arrange the transportation/accomodation costs for our team for site survey at own expense, or let our company to arrange these and charge on customer’s invoice separately
    * if you’re living in a foreign country or need language translation, you can choose to hire a translator service during the checkout process. we will hire a professional translator to assist during the site survey process.

  • 4. Order Confirmation & Documentation

    if you’re ready to confirm the order’s specifications after our site survey process, we will provide the Sales Purchase Order form and Design Finalization of your item thru your registered email. You will receive our authorized online PDF document that require your signature. You can place your signature using any smartphone or computer and send it back to us for processing.
    * Payment of 70% of the outstanding balance is required upon signing of the Sales Purchase Order and Agreement + Final Design Mock-up Samples

  • 5. Production of your Item(s)

    your order will be submitted to our manufacturing factory for design/moulding/crafting process. it will take at least 45-60 days to complete the production. if you order contains higher quantity of items or complex designs, it will take up to additional 60 days to process. We will contact you thru every stage of production.

  • 6. Self Inspection of the Finished Goods at our Factory

    within 1-2 months of production of your desired gates/rails, we will arrange a return trip for you to one of our factories to inspect your finished gates/rails. You are required to see the final design and sign a Job Process form and we’ll arrange the logistics and delivery of the item to your location

  • 7. Shipping Procedure and Charges

    once your order had been completed in the manufacturing factory, we will arrange our shipping officials to estimate the shipping costs and any import taxes that may incur.
    * the shipping charges and any import taxes will be at customer’s expense.
    you can also arrange your own shipping arrangement and we’ll be glad to assist your requests.

  • 8. Delivery of Item to your Doorstep

    Our team of specialist and installers will pack and deliver the item from our factories to your location/address arrived within 10-20 days. These transportation/accomodation costs will be covered by the customer. If you wish to have your own team to install the item(s), please contact us directly, so we will only be responsible for shipping out your items to your desired location (without any installation services)
    * Final payment of 10% need to be settled before we ship out your items

  • 9. Installation of your Items

    We will install your item at the desired location once the freight had arrived.
